Then I thought that the authentication might not be the problem, but something else. Then I gave up and installed Shogun 2 (since I downgraded from Win10 to Win7 SP1) and Shogun is now crashing on start up. After countless attempts, nothing seems to work (reinstalled it, verified game files, updated my graphic drivers, updated windows, etc). So I turned off my firewall, anti-virus and gave the game permission to bypass it but I kept getting the same results.
I also got the "Demigryph Knights" thing on steam after the first time I pasted the response code. I tried the response code the website gave me multiple times, the in-game message box where i pasted it will go away, steam will say Warhammer is running but then quickly say "syncing" then it'll say nothing beside it and it'll say I stopped playing Warhammer. After the installation, whenever I tried to play the game it'll say "Sorry, something went wrong" after clicking next it tells me I need a response code because my firewall has blocked the game from being authenticated.
